Project Title: Training Video Booklets

Eleven training videos have been produced by SOCP on topics selected by our members.  Many of these are directly related to requirements of STCW 95, and have been delivered to numerous training schools and vessels.  Members indicated that training value would be added if training booklets were developed to accompany SOCP training videos.

Various SOCP members volunteered to write scripts for the training booklets.  Training booklets on the subjects of Personal Survival-Parts 1&2, Bridge Resource Management, Engine Room Resource Management, Shipboard Accident Investigation, Drug & Alcohol Prevention, Enclosed Space Entry, International Safety Management, Vessel Lay-Up Procedures, and Personal Safety & Social Responsibility are now available as companions to the videos; however, addition booklets are available for $10.00 each.
