Proposals for SOCP projects are to be submitted in an electronic format either as html documents (part of email text), Adobe Acrobat files (PDF files) or Word documents to
ram.nagendran@ngc.com.
Deadlines and schedule information will be posted with individual requests for proposals. Proposals are to be kept as concise as possible and contain all relevant information requested.
