Mariner Recruitment and Retention

The Co-Chairmen and coordinator for the Mariner Recruitment and Retention effort are as follow:

Co-Chairman - Admiral Pluta, USCG
Co-Chairman - Richard du Moulin, MTL
Coordinator - Admiral North, USCG Retired

As a result of the May 2001 Kings Point Conference, the Steering Committee identified six priority focus areas and formed Working Groups to address each topic.  Listed below are links to Working Group web pages providing information and discussion forums for each topic.
